Rachel Allen-LoCaputo is a passionate educator, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and wellness advocate dedicated to helping children, families, schools, and communities thrive through creativity, health education, and meaningful collaboration.

 

With a diverse background in education, health and wellness, physical rehabilitation, and the arts, Rachel founded Creative Wellness Academy LLC to bridge the connection between creative expression, lifelong learning, and personal well-being. Her work is grounded in the belief that every individual deserves opportunities to learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

 

Throughout her career, Rachel has developed and supported programs that foster healthy lifestyles, social-emotional growth, creativity, resilience, and community engagement. Her unique blend of educational, healthcare, artistic, and military experience allows her to create innovative programs that inspire confidence, connection, and positive change.

 

As a U.S. Army Veteran, she brings a strong commitment to service, leadership, and community impact to everything she does.
